Lovely winter!!! Ha ha!!

It's been warm recently, so a lot of the snow has melted, causing HUGE puddles of water all over the city. I was walking on the sidewalk and then suddenly, there was an ocean in front of me. Oh well! We can't control the weather.

I'm just hoping the snow lets up soon. It seems like every day, I hear a fire truck or an ambulance siren. I guess it's because of all the icy roads and snow, causing people to have accidents.

On a more positive note, I tried a great bubble tea place on Calgary Trail the other day. It's called Tasty Choice. If you've never tried bubble tea before, I recommend going there. But there's one problem: you need to have a car. There are no buses going down that street, unfortunately. If you're hungry when you go, I recommend the chicken and egg on rice (it's called "Oyaku-don"), which is a type of Japanese food dish. I've only tried one bubble tea, but it was incredibly good. That was the Macha (roasted Green Tea powder) Bubble milky tea.

So if you have a friend with a car, go check it out. The address is 107, 2929 Calgary Trail. IN EDMONTON.
