Cassette players. Cassetter recorders. VHS video players. Flannnel graphs. Sega Genesis. Need I say more? These things are awesome for me. Even CDs and Discmans are outdated, right? Whatever happened to the mix tape? Then it was a CD mix. Now nobody cares 'cause they all just download it off of itunes or something similar. Everything is iPod, iPad, iPhone, iDog, iCat, iPad. Smart this and smart that.
I love my smartphone, by the way. I've never had such a convenient device my whole life. I can take a pic, take a video, play Angry Birds, record ideas, store information, watch YouTube, use Line, open documents, store documents in my Dropbox. But yeah, I still miss getting mixed tapes. The thing about them is that you have to listen through everything. Just be patient. No clicking on next and all that jazz. Now that gives me an idea: an online app for making a mix tape. I know you want to steal my idea, but you have no idea about the logistics of the whole thing. Not only that, but also it's sort of a dumb idea, isn't it?
Anyway, I love retro technology. Without it, we wouldn't have current technology, would we? I say "obsoletely!" And that's the truth.
