Some motivation

There is plenty of breaking and people can get hurt. People fall down and have trouble getting up. Pain can't always be avoided, but we can go from here. We can work at it on the path to healing. We can't just stay down. Stand up. Jump up. Move. Keep moving. Things won't always happen when we want it to happen. But we've got to keep building, keep watering, before the break through. Keep going until you break through. Because once you reach that point of breaking through, you know it was all worth it. All that time, not for nothing. Maybe it takes 5 hours, 5 days, 5 weeks, 5 months, 5 years. But all that time of sowing, of planting- it won't be a waste. The only waste would be not even trying. It's all worth it. Get up. I'm saying this for me. I'm saying this for you. We all struggle. But we are all capable of amazing things. And we are all capable of helping each other. These words are stemming from something someone else said. I heard and then wanted to pass it on to you. I've been hurting, but I'm not staying down. Thanks to his words. Where will you go from here? Will you pass it on? Give someone else a little motivation. Give it like you believe you have something to give, even if you think you're empty now. You're not empty. You're full. Full of potential. All you have to do is act on it. Engage. Activate it. The nay-sayers stand on the sidelines, full of words. We need more yay-sayers in this world. People who will say "I think you can do that. I have confidence that you can do that." People who will cheer us on. This is the first step for us. To become the yay-sayers for others. For ourselves. For our family. For our friends. These are thoughts from this season of striving I've been through.
Sometimes we have to move to be in the light of the sun.
